NO - I do not need power to my site (please note you cannot bring your own generator to site).

YES - I require power. 1 x 10AMP supply is charged at $50+GST. Please bring your own tagged extension lead.

SITE OPTIONS *

Please choose one of the following options (cost includes marquee, set up cost, a trestle table and off license collection staff. Additional cost for power). You will notice an increase in price this year. We have kept the cost of the site the same, however we have had to increase the marquee hire costs, due to price increases in the marquee industry. Cost includes labour and delivery of the marquees.

3mx3m = 9m2 PACKAGE. Single site ($350 + GST), 3mx3m tent and single trestle table ($500 + GST). | $850 + GST

3mx6m = 18m2 PACKAGE. Double site ($450 + GST), 3mx6m tent and two trestle tables ($1000 + GST). | $1450 + GST

Complimentary Glasses *

3 x complimentary serves from your stall at the festival. These will be exchanged for vouchers (created by us with your stall holder name on them so you know the number is limited to three) and will be used as promotional giveaways, for entertainers or volunteers.

Complimentary Bottles *

3 x complimentary bottles of wine to the festival committee to use at their discretion. (i.e. used as promotional giveaways, or as contra payment for festival expenses where possible). Details of where to send these will be given to you once confirmed.

Stallholder Waivers *

By applying for a food site at the North Canterbury Wine & Food Festival 2024, you are accepting the following waivers

I/We acknowledge that neither The Organiser nor any contractor or sub-contractor has any personal liability to me/us in connection with the organising of the Festival, my/our attendance, or any loss of damage that I/We may suffer in consequence thereof.

I/We hereby agree to indemnify The Organiser and any contractor or sub-contractors thereof in respect of any claim which may be made against them arising and all costs, claims and damages in respect thereof.

I/We hereby grant The Organiser permission to forward our name, address and any other information deemed necessary to any third party at the discretion of the Board.

I/We hereby agree as a wine stallholder to not sell food.

I/We hereby agree to leave any hired equipment (marquee, trestle table) and my site in a clean and tidy condition on departure.

I/We agree not to bring any wood-fired/open flame heaters.

I/We agree to follow the instructions of the Health & Safety Manager during pack in, at the festival and after the event.

I/We agree to follow the instructions of the Duty Manager for the entirety of the festival.

I/We hereby agree to remove any vehicles offsite before 9.30am on the day of the festival and park them in the stallholder carpark (not on the roadside or behind my site)

I/We hereby agree to taking charge of my own float/money at the festival.

I/We hereby commit to obtain public liability insurance for the festival.

I/We hereby agree as a wine (or any other alcoholic beverages) seller to take responsibility for all licensing requirements associated with this stall at the festival.

I/We hereby agree to take all stall generated rubbish away with me to dispose of offsite - including all wine bottles and cardboard boxes.

I/We understand that in the event of a cancellation due to circumstances beyond the Organiser’s control (eg natural disaster, pandemic, fire etc) that I/we may not be entitled to a full refund.

I/We understand that if I do not pay my stallholder fee on time (January 20th 2024), my place may be given to someone else and I/we will not be allowed to set up at the festival.
