Please choose one of the following options. You will notice an increase in price this year. We have kept the cost of the site the same, however we have had to increase the marquee hire costs, due to price increases in the marquee industry.

3mx3m = 9m2 SITE ONLY. We provide the site you bring the tent and tables. We may require the tent to be dismantled if wind is excessive. | $350 + GST

3mx3m = 9m2 PACKAGE. Single site at $350 + gst, 3mx3m tent and single trestle table at $400 + gst. | $750 + GST

3mx6m = 18m2 PACKAGE. Double site at $450 + gst, 3mx6m tent and two trestle tables at $800 + gst. | $1250 + GST

CUSTOM: Caravan/Truck/Vehicle - We will be in touch. $POA.

Do you require a powered site? *

NO - I do not need power to my site (please note you cannot bring your own generator to site).

YES - I require power. 1 x 10AMP supply is charged at $50+GST. Please bring your own tagged extension lead.

YES - I require power but need more than 1 x 10AMP (extra connections available for $25+GST each). We will contact you to discuss details.

YES - I require power but have specialised requirements (eg. three-phase, caravan or international plugs). We will contact you to discuss details. $POA.

Does your set-up include Wood Fired/Charcoal BBQ and/or open-flames? We can accommodate you but may locate you in a specific area and impose special requirements to minimise the fire-hazard. *

Complimentary Serves *

3 x complimentary serves from your stall at the festival. These will be exchanged for vouchers (created by us with your stall holder name on them so you know the number is limited to three) and will be used as promotional giveaways, entertainers or volunteers.

Stallholder Waivers *

By applying for a food site at the North Canterbury Wine & Food Festival 2025, you are accepting the following waivers

I/We acknowledge that neither The Organisers nor any associated contractors or sub-contractors has any personal liability to me/us in connection with the organising of the Festival, my/our attendance, or any loss of damage that I/We may suffer in consequence thereof.

I/We hereby agree to indemnify The Organisers nor any associated contractors or sub-contractors thereof in respect of any claim which may be made against them arising and all costs, claims and damages in respect thereof.

I/We hereby grant The Organisers nor any associated contractors or sub-contractors permission to forward our name, address and any other information deemed necessary to any third party at the discretion of The Organisers.

I/We hereby agree as a food seller to have the licensing required to do so at the festival.

I/We hereby agree not to run out of food before 4.30pm on the festival day. You will be updated with numbers attending.

I/We hereby agree to leave any hired equipment (marquee, trestle table) and my site in a clean and tidy condition on departure.

I/We hereby agree to take all stall generated rubbish away with me to dispose of offsite - including all wine bottles and cardboard boxes.

I/We hereby agree to remove any vehicles offsite before 9.30am on the day of the festival and park them in the stall holder carpark (not on the roadside or behind my site).

I/We hereby agree to taking charge of my own float/money at the festival.

I/We hereby commit to attaining my own public liability insurance for the festival.

I/We understander that food stallholders are not prohibited to sell alcohol.

I/We understand that if I choose not to attend the festival, my stallholder fee is non-refundable.

I/We agree to follow the instructions of the Health & Safety Manager during pack in, at the festival and after the event.

I/We understand that in the event of a cancellation due to circumstances beyond the Organiser’s control (eg natural disaster, pandemic, fire etc) that I/we may not be entitled to a full refund.

I/We understand that if I do not pay my stallholder fee on time (January 20th 2025), my place may be given to someone else and I/we will not be allowed to set up at the festival.
